Microsoft didn't answer many threads raised by many users who are facing the same issue which has simple solution:
And the culprit is 'WORKFLOW COLUMN', if you have created workflow in past and attached to the list which it auto created a column in the list shows the status of the workflow causes the problem.
Resolution: Go to 'Edit Queries', find the workflow column and right click on it and select 'Remove column' and voilla!! the issue is gone and your table loads successfully.
make sure you have selected 'save and close' and on the main power bi desktop window hit 'refresh' once again.
If still above didn't work, perform the below steps too.
go to file in power bi, then options & then click on clear cache. restart power bi. Connect again, it will show whole data.
