After I found so much articles on internet suggest me to add JavaScript inside CEWP(Content editor web part) and edit their edit.aspx,display.aspx paes and blah blah balh...makes your survey crashed..
But after lots of R&D's I found a very very simple thing to do in order to add line break into survey question..
What we have to do , just go to survey Setting and select the question and In the question test , place the cursor where you want to add the line break
and "HIT ENTER" ..
woalla...simple .....and save your question after it your question is now have line break....without any script or messy coding...

Well in the question ist no Problem but what about the Rating scale subquestions. there is no way without the CEWP!
